Hello Everyone,
Well, we are building our float props now and I must say that the idea of big shoes seems simple to carry out until you are actually making them. But we have to keep in mind that people at a parade only look at our float for about 5 seconds and then they look at the next one so I guess we only have to been appealing for about 5 - 10 seconds. As you look at the following pictures, please try not to look for more than 5 seconds. I have built one shoe (no those aren't giant cigarettes in the background......they are tubes for shipping posters) and you will see Amy working on the "Wish List" banner which will be painted in very Christmas like colours with lots of sparkle!!
Anyway, I'll try to update as I can. Tomorrow, I'll try another shoe, maybe a loafer!!

People may only look at the float for 5 seconds during the parade, but the fans will be looking at it a lot longer on the net..lol
You all do a great job!! The IGGG was very well done, I am sure this one will be just as good.

Hey Tracy, if you make a shoe that looks like your sandal it could be the shoe that's good for "bumming around on the beach". _________________ Debbie 'Cross-stitch'
