Updates about the Fan Convention?
Only the dates are out actually, right?
No program, no pre-registration forms, right?
Who is planning to attend?

What does the title look like? I don't remember seeing one. But I think they have given it as a document award, during the Saturday night banquet. Or maybe it's like the Stanley Cup in hockey, where they engrave the winner's name each year, and the winner hangs on to it, until the next time? There's probably a list of winners somewhere.
I remember a number of the early winners. It used to be the most prestigious award in those days. But occasionally, the Golden Remote booby prize has been more famous/notorious. |

I have some wonderful news to tell as well.
last week I got my evaluation at the clinic and heared that I made that much progress that I'll be able to leave the clinic in the beginning of July, finally after a year!
I remember I just started there when you guys called me last year from the Fan Con... and now I'll be just 'home again' when this years Fan Con will be.
Well to make a long story short. My therapist(!) kinda 'surprised' me! She said: I have a suggestion. You should do something to reward yourself. Go visit your friends in Canada... take sometime off after such a hard year (and a follow-up starting in the end of August), and go see something of the world. First I was in doubt but I made my decision now.
I'm planning a trip to Canada. First traveling a bit, and then certainly visiting the Fan Con!
Right now I'm searching everything out, like where I wanna go, what I'm exactly gonna do, flights, places to stay etc... but one thing I know for sure... during that 'certain time' I'll be at 'the place-to-be ' in Timmins. Joining you guys.
So count me in. I'm making my plans right now and if everything is possible (which I think probably is, it's just more the 'organising thing') then I'll be there as well. I cannot wait! _________________
