I think there was hardly a single concert during the recent Up! tour where Shania didn't wear a local sports jersey. As I understand, most if not all of those jerseys stayed in the local areas and donated to raise money for local charities.

I doubt many, (if any) of those actual jerseys are available however there are lots of photographs of Shania in those jerseys. Maybe those of you who have crisp, clean shots of Shania on stage with one of the local sports jerseys on, you could make a nice 8" x 10" photo of it and donate it to the STC. I think that would make an excellent collection to view and look at.

By the way, Tracy and the gang made a great sports display in the STC. Wonder if it'll still be there when August rolls around or if something new will be in that showcase? Hmmm..... only way to find out is to go up to Timmins and see.

And the display of the Sports Jersey pictures wouldn't have to take up alot of wall space.....You could get one of those poster racks you see in stores where you hang it on the wall and flip through the pages. You could get quite a few 8 x 10's on the front and back of each one of those....There may be a line though because lots of people would want a chance to look at all of them.....or scan them all into a slide show and project the slide show onto a wall. That way a crowd could gather around and collectively go "Oooo" & "Awwwww" as though we were watching fireworks

Wow!!! Fantastic.....with samples like this and others that are surely out there, it could turn out to be a GREAT display for the STC. I could without question look at these sports jersey photos of Shania for hours!!!

I think it would be great if people from the various areas where these local jerseys are found could buy a duplicate jersey for the purpose of donating it to the STC and making a mobile or other sort of system to hang them from the ceiling somewhere. That would look really cool.
